Thrustmaster Ferrari 458 Mounting Clamp

This is a replacement part consisting of bolt and handle for Thrustmaster Ferrari 458. I had to design it as I broke mine. I hope it will be useful to someone else too.

I haven't printed this design yet, but have printed the similar file with threaded rod 1" long in size just to check my design, and it worked best with the Ferrari 458 mount.

To make it stronger, I printed it horizontally (layers arranged length wise, one over another) in 2 halves, and joined them together with 5 minutes epoxy. If you print it vertical, then layers will arrange height wise and may get separated easily.

While dividing it in to two halves, I have reduced the thickness of both halves by 0.1mm to compensate for the glue in between.

I recommend printing the 3rd stl file (2 halves of the bolt) and join them with epoxy.
