An insert for the Thrustmaster Warthog throttle so that the left throttle can be used for the Prop pitch with a detent to keep the Prop RPM at 2700, and the left throttle has detents at 46" and 61" to line up with the two primary combat settings for the P-51 in IL-2 Sturmovik using the 150 Octane fuel.
