Thule Aerobar Rubber Strip

I just bought some 2nd hand Thule Aerobars where the top rubber insert was missing.. I thought I could replace it, but Thule charge a small fortune for it..

So I made my own and printed it using TPU (Flexible Filament) and it works just fine.

You need around 1.2M of it, so you need to print it in multiple pieces. My printer can do around 300mm diagonally.. But I found that 5 lengths of 255mm fits my 969s perfectly..

The STL is 20mm long, but just scale the length in your slicer to what ever you need, or will fit on your printer.
