I bought a Thule Paceline a while back that was broken. I fixed it with JB weld, but that broke and now I have a 3d printer.
You can see my work in progress pictures, this was at least my 13th revision.
I haven't actually tested this with my bike.
Use at your own risk.
Update:
Used this on a 300 mile trip. The bike didn't fall off.
