Thumb Throttle for servo tester

*Edit, 11/05/2020 redesigned the housing and thumb throttle lever to accept a M4 grub screw to limit the throw, my kid was going way too fast in public spaces. Also added a version with a tiny brake lever that depresses a small button to activate the brake. the lever is tiny, if anybody needs i can draw a much bigger one.

I built a electric bike for my 3 year old while in lockdown. Used a brushless motor from a plane, a car esc and a servo tester. needed the throttle body to hold the tester. So drew it up one evening. This is mk2, it just needed a few tweaks to be perfect.

You need:
5x 10mm M3 bolts, preferable cap screws as the allen key is nice and easy to fit into tight corners.

2x M5 bolts and nuts +- 20mm of thread.

a few tiny rubber bands like you get with braces for your teeth.

The gearing here turns the servo tester from middle to full as we were using a RC car ESC.
