margin= extra space in the nut-compartment and the thread hole..

HandleThick = thickness of the handle in mm
handleDiam = diameter of the knob in mm
SpacerHeight = height of the spacer
WallThick = wall thickness around the nut

doThreadHole = if true a hole will go through the whole thing
nutAtBottom = false means at the top top the spacer
true means at the knob side.
nutHeight= the height of the nut, the depth of the hole of the nut.
nutDiam= nut diameter measured from flat to flat a bit of margin will be added
ThreadDiam= Diameter of the thread and a bit of margin
