Around 425mm long when full assembled, which is the same as the 16 3/4 " studio model, or so I'm told.
Please see the smaller version this is remixed from for the bulk of the instructions, particularly regards the landing gear options.
This is effectively a bit of parts to print a "blank" (no lettering, etc.) Thunderbird 1 for those with the finishing and painting skills to do this themselves. I'm happy to print this for people (yes, I do charge, but not a silly amount), or you can print your own. Note the "non commercial" part of the licence, which means that printing and selling kits to people is not cool!
Anyway ...
I was asked for a larger version to match a studio model sized Thunderbird 2, and was happy to oblige, but there were some knock on changes.
- Body had to be split in two, and to aid painting was actually split into three.
- Fuel drum also split into two.
- Engine in fewer parts as no need for mid section in a different colour, and also option added for
