Thunderbirds Pistol

What you need to do: You are going to need a 7 inch (180mm) bolt and nut. I made two small holes in both halves to align the pistol bodies when gluing them together. I used chop sticks cut at 3/8in (10mm) to insert in the holes of one side before joining the two halves together. After joining the bodies with a light coat of epoxy glue, I inserted the head of the bolt (with a little glue at the top) in the pistol as straight as possible. I glued the nut inside the pistol canon in the hex cavity. Once dried, you just assembled the pistol together by sliding the canister on the bolt and screw the canon in the threaded bolt to hold the canister in place. That's it!
