Tibia and Fibia split into 2 Parts

Tibia and fibia originally taken from the NIH 3D Print Exchange (via SquareL https://3dprint.nih.gov/discover/3DPX-000169). I split it into 2 and added a post in meshmixer so they fit together snugly. Add a bit of glue and it's the fastest bone set in history! Matches with the femur found at https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:5586891
