TicTacToe Board game

This is my variation of the classic TicTacToe game. You need to print at least 4 of one and 5 of the other kind (X's or O's) to play. If you print 5 of each you can start the game with whatever one you like. When you have 5 of one and 4 of the other you can only start with the kind that you have 5 of. I hope you have fun with it.
