Tidal 55 sponge holder/ Baffle

I liked the original, but wanted to make it a bit easier to print, and a bit more sturdy so it will hopefully last longer.
I wanted to also make room for a sponge to slow the flow...
I have the 55 on a 10 gallon, so as you can imagine, it blows the fish out of the tank on the lowest setting.
I added my cura settings with my support settings. You want support for the lip and the little slot but nothing else.
