I made this one inspired by several other solutions. It is designed so it should be possible to print on my LulzBot mini.
There are three versions. The original one is the low profile one (CableManagement.stl). Good enough for most charging cables etc. That one is 120 x 120 x 60 mm. With nine holes for cables. I added four holes for pens or tools as well. Those holes have a diameter of 14 mm. Took 6 hours and 30 minutes to print on my LulzBot Mini with the default High Speed setting for ABS. The diameter of the holes is 38 mm and the depth is 58.5 mm. The depth of the four smaller holes for tools is 50 mm.
The next version (CableManagementDeep.stl) is 120 x 120 x 120. Holes are still 38 mm diameter but can hold longer cables because they are 118,5 mm deep. The four holes for tools are 80 mm deep on this one.
The last version is (CableManagementSmall.stl). It is for small printers. So it is 80.5 x 80.5 x 60. Print several and glue them together. Or if you have a bigger printer
