Tie Hanger with Spacing Parameter

I really like thistof's version, but needed a little more spacing for my ties. Maybe they are thicker. The default thistof set is 12, which should work in most cases. You probably only need to add 1 or 2mm if that is too tight for your ties. Included is a sample of 14mm spacing. The hook diameter is 30mm.
