Remix of muckychris's compad(original by AprilStorm).
Removed holes from buttons for ease of print.
Added an option to print the white buttons top side up so you get your build surface on the top of it(I use PEI and gives a smooth as glass texture).
Oriented compad sleeve at 90 deg for printing without supports.
