The lab and I needed mount/anchors for zip ties and rip-wrap that weren't common sizes, and the available models didn't work. So now I have an OpenSCAD file to generate what I need, to fit odd sizes of aluminum extrusion, zip ties, velcro, etc., complete with bolt sizes and styles for mounting (or optionally, no bolt).Yes, there are bridges in the design - and so far they have printed perfectly without support. If they are made much larger, then supports might be needed. Or if printed on an older model 3D printer that doesn't bridge as well as the Bambu Lab printers. This can be printed in any material, but I found that PETG, ABS, and ASA work best so far.
