Tighter fitting segmented flex tube

All I did was take Beaton's tube design and tightened the female side about 1mm in diameter with meshmixer. When printed at 0.2 on my MK3 this fits snugly (the original was very loose for me).

As an experiment I have also printed this at double size with zero infill: It mostly worked but one of the "fingers" cracked a little. If I end up using the larger size I may try three shells or some infill.
