Tighter - Yet Another Utility Knife

The cap was too thin for me and the inner and outer radii weren't concentric so there was a gap in the walls. I fixed that and thickened it up.
The blade rattled around in most directions. Maybe my blades are thinner than most? I tightened up the the holder so it would hold the blade better.
