I own a Timber Ridge trolley - it's great!
It's very well constructed, can carry a heap of stuff, and the 360-degree freely rotating wheels make it a joy to trundle along with as it is so manoeuvrable.
It has one universally acknowledged fault - the freely rotating wheels make it a nightmare on soft sand! As you pull it along, the wheels turn, stop rolling, and dig into the sand. Eventually, you are dragging half the beach with you as you travel.
So, I designed these. They fix the wheels and prevent them rotating. As a result, the trolley rolls over any surface and the wide wheels help to stop the wheels sinking into soft sand.
The downside is that the trolley isn't as manoeuvrable - but I'd prefer that than trying to drag this trolley in soft sand!
You need two long (400mm minimum) zip ties to attach these to the trolley.
