最近网上出现了不少熨烫测试的模型,运用这些模型我对我的打印耗材进行了大量测试,经过测试我找到了这些不同耗材实现完美熨烫的对应的速度和流量参数。 但测试过程中我也发现了这些测试模型的一些问题:首先,很多测试模型的厚度设置过大,导致材料消耗量过大,也使得打印测试时间过长;另外,部分测试模型的测试参数范围比较小,这很可能导致测试结果的不完备和不准确;第三,部分测试模型的测试方块面积太小(比如仅11*11mm),使得不便于观察和对比测试结果。 针对这些问题,我建立了这套测试模型。首先,经过多次测试发现,将测试模型的厚度设置为0.6mm就已经能足够体现出不同熨烫参数的差异,而关键是能够节省大量的耗材和打印时间(如:全盘打印测试pla耗材,仅需36克,测试时间约3小时50分);此外,该测试模型的测试参数范围比较宽,速度为10~65mm/s,流量为10~65%,足以覆盖常见耗材的测试参数范围;第三,模型的测试方块比较大(17*17mm),便于观察和比较测试结果;最后,模型被分为独立的4个部分,用户可以根据需要选择打印全部或是打印其中一部分(如:PLA耗材,每部分约9克,平均打印时间不到1小时),提供了更大的灵活性,以及进一步省时省料的可能性。 欢迎感兴趣的小伙伴下载打印!
