Time lapser, improved and simplified

Made the base more stable, added Arca-Swiss style mount and an indexing groove for the timer mechanism.

Reshaped the camera mount completely, making it less prone to breakages and eliminating a lot of unnecessary support.

The gear is from original design, make sure to lay it flat before printing (other 2 files should be flat from the get go).
