THIS IS A REMIX but I can't find the original model now, searched everywhere. I would love to give cred to the original artist so if anyone finds it let me know :)

I added the base, and then ran it through the 3D print Toolbox manifold fixer-upper in Blender. Printed successfully on a Creality Halot One resin printer. Only issue is the bottom of her shirt is pretty thin and breaks easily. I oriented it upside-down at a slight angle and made sure no support was touching the bottom portion of the shirt.
