Tinkerbell bust is a detailed model, a small portion of a larger model, available at CGtrader. Supports may be needed for the under chin, depending on how well your printer can handle overhangs. Other than that, the rest should print with no problem. The default scale is about 80mm tall, from base to the top of her hair bun.
