I am testing the best way to print screws using TinkerCAD, so I figured I'd share the files in case anyone else was interested. I'm sure there's better ways to do all of this but it worked for my testing. Hopefully it'll help someone else too! Be sure to test this with no supports enabled. Screw A represents the base dimensions. I used the ‘ISO Metric Thread’ as the threads. Then replicated this one to create the holes and all subsequent screws. Thread Scale = 1 and Diameter = 12Screw B - Thread Scale = .75 and Diameter = 11.5Screw C - Thread Scale = .5 and Diameter = 11.5Screw C Sideways- Thread Scale = .5 and Diameter = 11.5Screw D - Thread Scale = .5 and Diameter = 11 Boost MeI'm new to CAD design but looking to improve. Please support me in this learning journey!
