Tiny home park

This is a land use layout of a 275 tiny homes. 50 year lease on 200' x 675' foot gravel parking lot. Infrastructure 10" main to pump house distributed from the center out. each row are connected to grey water infrastructure. 40 kW generated from the solar field and runs the infrastructure main generator and excess power is available for park use. Missing is retro-lounge, daycare center, park exercise equipment... the iges file is 1,450MB and wont upload. The model is difficult pan even with dual graphic cards. The 275 tiny homes are all fully filled.
