Tiny Top Hat for Broken Prints

The Tiny Top Hat was designed to be a solution to prints that failed close to their finish. I was printing some Zou 3d elephants and they failed close to the top. I was printing the flexi elephants to sell at a craft fair so I looked for a simple hat to cover the tops of them that also had commercial rights and couldn't find any, so I made one.
