This tip/tilt mount is designed for use with Neewer 480 LED video light panels.

I made a short video showing some details on the design. [Check it out here](https://youtu.be/VU24NGReceY)

The build requires two of the BallMount.stl and PitchPreload.stl. All other parts just require a single print of each.
