UPDATE (24 September 2023): Some lessons learned....
One thing that I would do differently (but have been too lazy to do so far) is to use a different lid variation. With the brittleness of PLA filaments, I found that the current snap-in lid became loose after a few cycles. The tissues sometimes pull the lid right off the box.
I would also make the box a bit taller. With my original dimensions, the large boxes of name-brand tissues that I got at Costco fit too snugly against the lid. I did make a half-height box with the idea of splitting the box of tissues in half, but that's a lot of trouble for a lazy person like me. The two tissues at the split tend to tear at an odd shape instead of cleanly at the perforation.
The insert is definitely too light for the tall box. In addition to the pennies, I printed another insert, but solid, and use both of them together.
