Titan Extuder support and small elements

I'm using Titan Extruder - so I need the mounting parts. Plus I design som small parts:

- the cutting guide for 8mm rods
- simple foots (glued with two side foam tape)
- XBox PSU socket mount with switch.

Edited 2017-05-22: For those who have problem with last Arduino vs Firmware I uploaded my version - it's working with last Arduino IDE. in File SdBaseFile.h Fpos_t - changed to fpost as uncle google says ;-)

The firmware is configured for Titan Extruder and RepRap Discount Smart Controller.
