Description:
This project is a redesigned and optimized version of the Titan Talon, created to improve both structural strength and flight performance while keeping the modular, 3D-print-friendly approach of the original model.
Main improvements:
• Reoriented servo placement for better aerodynamics and flight efficiency.
• Extended wings (+20 mm each) for increased lift.
• Carbon fiber rods (8 mm) extended to 1000 mm to reinforce the wing structure.
• Fuselage section 2 lengthened by 30 mm to balance components and improve CG adjustment.
• Wing root redesigned with rounded transitions to reduce stress concentration.
• Internal mounting rail with multiple slots for easier installation and adjustment of electronic components.
• New detachable nose with improved aerodynamics and easier access to internal parts.
• Top cover opening angle increased for more comfortable access during maintenance.
