Tow pylon insert for Titan series wake towers. My original was showing stress cracks after 15+ years of use. This was printed in ASA with 3 perimeters and 25% honeycomb infill. Organic supports for angles over 35 degrees from vertical (65 from horizontal).
Depending on your printer/slicer/flow settings some horitzontal expansion adjustment might be needed. The Id of the bushing is meant to be 25.6mm. V1 was designed true to size but after printing the ID of the part was too tight. V2 was designed with an enlarged inner cylinder of 26mm so that the actual ID would end up being 25.6mm. Use either model and adjust horizontal expansion as needed.
I take no responsiblity for your boat/rope/personal health and safety by using a 3d printed part instead of the original tow pylon insert available here. I recommend you use the official part.
Attempting to use 3d printed parts in a high load/ real life environment is completely at your own risk. High temp printing with an enclosure is r
