TKS VC forming BOX

Yo fam !

Here the simple VACUUM FORMING BOX 3D printable from A to Z and its working as intended .

I know there're already some VC box but i was looking for something simple, small and easy to use for all the FPV community , mainly for Whoop Pilot and micro .

The idea behind this is to use your trash plastic and recycle it to make your own canopy from let's say Milk Jug , Oil Jug , Laundry bottle and so one anything that is HDPE and PP .

For me Mold you can find some here on thingiverse but if you can't find any let me know on Facebook or here .

Filaments used here is High Temp PC ( Polycarbonate ) and it work perfectly !

Assembly :

1- Top Plate must be glued with SuperGlue on the box and wait at least 48hrs .
2- Plastic Holder ; you need to print these 2; the 1cm and the 5mm and use (4mm screw x 15mm ) x 4

Other things you will need :

1- Shopvac ( walmart and Homedepot has some cheap one )
2- Headgun ( same here )
3- Your HDPE plastic .
