Tmat Bed Mat Edge Rail

This is a 12" and 6" rail for the Tmat modular bed mat system. I created these parts to keep small objects from rolling or sliding off my Tmat bed mat in the bed of my truck. I use these parts as a parameter edging but they can also be configured to divide the Tmat bed mat into separate sections. The added benefit is these rails do add a small amount of rigidity to the Tmat bed mat if you slide it out a small amount past the tailgate as long as there is no load on the mat itself. These 12" and 6" rails can be printed in the number of parts you need to fit your particular needs. I printed using ABS-GF and my uploaded print profiles (0.4mm and 0.6mm nozzles) create very robust parts. Filament is inexpensive compared to the utility of the part in my opinion. No supports required. I print six of the 12" rails from a single spool of filament. These rails are 2" tall when installed. The 12" rail will not fit the A1 mini.
