Toaster Tongs (Yet another)

Update: 10/3/18 added fusion 360 files so you can remix as desired.
Update: 10/1/18 As requested I added the 'tongs' to the file. They are only 1.6 mm thick so I'm not sure how strong they will be. If you try to print make sure to print flat. My guess is they will bend too much. Make sure you use food safe filament! They have .2mm clearance - so they should be a press fit. I think I will stick to the wooden 'tongs'.


We had these toaster tongs for awhile that were made by a friend. They were starting to come apart. So I designed these to use the same Big Popsicle sticks from the original.

I'm sure someone else has done a similar design - i didn't look - but I would rather design my own than use someone's design.

Designed in Fusion 360. The Popsicle sticks are just presses in. Slight filing may be needed depending on the sticks you get.
