Originally designed to be made from aluminum, but during the prototyping portion of the build, I discovered these clamps are really strong even when 3D printed! With only my hands, I couldn't budge the pictured piece of wood at all.
They measure 3/4" wide and 1/2" tall and slide into the slot above my T-track for low profile performance.
Make sure to smooth the 2 sliding surfaces and add a little grease to give smooth motion. Thread the hole in the sloped area on the main piece to 1/4-20 or use a nut inside the t rack below.
