All measurements refer to the diameter of the circle (for the round pegs and holes) or the width across (for the square pegs and holes)

The pegs are 5.0mm across (diameter)

The holes are of the following sizes:

5.5mm
5.6mm
5.7mm
5.8mm
5.9mm
6.0mm

Printing and testing the fit of these will help determine the snugness of the fit and how much to compensate when creating interlocking pieces, whether they need lots of play, or need to be very tight, rigid fits.
