Tofu Press

I've tried several tofu presses. From the tub with the spring to the bamboo one with the wing nuts, and they all seem to suck. The spring one was too tough for my wife to press down without help. The all thread got rusty on the bamboo one, others leaked or broke. For the longest time my wife used a book which seemed to be the best solution. Inspired by my book press, I designed a tofu press that is easy to use, easy to clean, and portable.
