Just thought I would try and design a toggle clamp. Here is what I ended up with. Seems to work quite well. body is 30mm w x 45mm dp x 55mm h. Centre of pin to body is about 55mm. Designed for 3 x 30 steel pins (4) and I used a stainless steel ¼" x 3" carriage bolt, 2 washers and 2 nuts. I printed the structural in PETG, the plates in PLA and the foot in TPU.
