I have searched for a 3D printable toggle clamp without finding something suitable - so I've done the design job. The models I have found seem to be more or less copies of steel sheet designs, not really adapted for 3D printing. My use case is in test jigs for circuit board in a “bed of nails” (pogo pins) board tester. I need a clamp that:Fully opens vertically, so that the arm gets out of the way for unloading and loading the boardCan hold the board securely against the spring force from multiple pogo pinsFor a toggle clamp to work, the dimensions need to be quite accurate so that the clamp locks in place when the height of the vertical rod is correctly adjusted. For this reason, I am using steel dowel pins (dia 2mm, 20 mm long) for the four shafts. The hole dimensions also need to be dialed-in quite precisely - so that they can be printed without post processing with minimal clearance to the dowel pins.
