... which is use to throw the points on some turnouts.

I call it 'Toggle-Switcher' since it uses a lever in a toggle like fashion. Using it along with the switch machine makes for a very simple, functional way to throw turnouts on a layout. To much to write all about it here so if interested go to the full description here...
