Toilet Flush Limiter

The flush limiter prevents the metal arm from dropping and slackening the flapper chain too much during flushing. This prevents the attached chain from getting caught under the flapper, and unlike shortening the chain, it keeps the flush handle default position parallel to the lid/top of bowl. Provided more for inspiration than duplication--it can be made easily in Tinkercad and may need tweaking to fit different toilets.
