This Tolerance Tester will test the fitting of pins and rods into holes with various tolerances. The holes (circles and squares) in the base are all dimensioned to have a maximum width/diameter of 0.35in. The rods that fit into them are dimensioned to be the following widths (loosest fit to tightest): 0.250in, 0.275in, 0.300in, 0.325in, 0.34in. Keep in mind that this is a pretty small print, so the first two tests may feel ‘really loose’, but could be great tolerances for larger parts that fit together.I printed mine on my A1 Mini, with no AMS. I used 6 prints:Base.3mfC1 and S1.3mfC2 and S2.3mfC3 and S3.3mfC4 and S4.3mfC5 and S5.3mf Happy tolerancing!
