I am sorry if I couldn't reply to you guys in the PAST COUPLE OF YEARS (yeah I know...). Things were crazy since my Junior year of college. This is a comms module for the video game Tom Clancy's The Division, some people refer it as a shoulder beacon or a computer, but here it's just a fancy radio pouch.

It has or could have the following features depends on how far are you willing to take it.
1. Working orange LED ring (the most important feature);
2. Charging Port
3. Working communication capability (Yes! It functions like the "real" thing, minus the holograph)
