This is my 3D printer, it's still a work in progress, but I have succesfully got it printing pretty well! Please get in touch if you would like STEP files for anything, there are areas of the build I am not entirely happy with currently but it's been a great success for me so far.
The build volume is 215x15x~300mm but is totally customizable depending on extrusion used. I have used the bed from my reprap i3 and the end stops (end stop mounting is one area that still needs some work.
Also needed is:
20x20extrusion in the following lengths:
525mm x 2
455mm x2
410mm x 2
290mm x 4
250mm x 2
50mm x 2
10mm rods cut to:
290mm x 2
430mm x2
415mm x2
2x 415mm lead screws
4x 16 tooth gt2 pulleys
10x LM10UU bearings
4 x 5x8x3mm (or similar width) bearings
Selection of m3 and m5 nuts and bolts, I will update with lengths at some point but its not a huge list.
m5 channel nuts for the extrusion
angle brackets for the extrusion, I think I got 50 and it wa
