HexBox Papercraft + STL blank
3D printable blank for papercraft terrain piece designed by Tommygunn 2011. PDF is a copy of the OG Tommygunn papercraft circa 2011 PDF Papercraft designs creative commons 2011 TOMMYGUNN. This is a bit of a resurrection as papercraft has fallen out of style in wargaming since 3D printing came along.

This blank replaces the need for carboard or foam core to fill the internals of the terrain piece and improves gameplay as models can stand on the boxes.

*****NOTE*****
3D Print scaled to 98% to get a good fit as I made them exactly the same size as the print so found you need to account a bit for the thickness of the paper. I used standard glue stick to glue the papercraft to the blank. If you print this at 100% it will be exactly the same size as the papercraft and might not wrap perfectly around the blank. For the longer box scale the length of the box to 196% or glue 2 standard prints together with super glue whatever you find easier.
