Threaded shaft is 1/2" acme screw, printed it at max resolution. File and grease the threads and take your time working the threads together, eventually it'll get easy to turn.

Thinking about changing the design to integrate a drop-in nut to use a threaded rod as the shaft, for better strength, but frankly its not really necessary. It's not intended for use as a hiigh strength clap, just to keep parts from moving on the toolbed while engraving or using the CNC module.
