Use an old DeWalt tool case and re purpose for organizing your stuff. this is broken down into two prints on a 256x256mm bed. Fusion 360 files are attached if you want to design the insides for what you have in mind, modify the “internals” sketch. beware, changing any other sketch profile makes it a pain in the…. yeah, tell me how i know. i took a oscillating saw to cut out all the manufacture separators and make the box empty, a sander and 80 grit could do it once you cut the majority out. i am aware that there is about a 1/4"-3/8"in gap between the two different prints when inserted, but it does press fit into my Dewalt case and does not need any glue to stay put. i would NOT recommend glue as you may need to get it out if something falls into the gap. its not perfect, but after 10 hours of modeling and multiple test prints i couldn't merit putting more wasted plastic into this project. walls are 0.075 in in thickness and i printed with 3 wall loops and 6 top and bottom l
