[ ⚠️ CRITICAL HARDWARE WARNING: PLEASE READ BEFORE PRINTING ⚠️ ] Check your blade type! Bambu Lab has either changed suppliers or altered the design of their stamped metal blades over time. Because of this, there are multiple types of blades in circulation.Type A (Single Chamfer): Has a flat bottom and a single sharp chamfer on top. (THIS BLADE WORKS PERFECTLY)Type B (Micro-Beveled): Has a tiny, secondary bevel on both sides of the blade. (THIS BLADE WILL NOT WORK FOR PRINT REMOVAL)If you have the micro-beveled blade, that tiny bottom angle acts like a ski-ramp, forcing the blade to often glide over the thin single layer of a support base instead of wedging under it, making the tool unreliable. Because of this physics limitation, this tool is exclusively designed for the flat, single-chamfer blades. Please check the 2nd image in the gallery to identify which blade you have before printing! Tilt the blade back and forth under a light to see if the micro bevel glistens like in the photo.
