I was in the process of converting my mini lathe into a CNC one when I found the video from "Lucas is busy" (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DV5vXKBriDY). He was kind enough to post the modified post processor for Fusion360. On the other hands I could not find any tool post CAD for a mill, so why not help the community. The tool post fits a 4 inch vise and as it is now has 4 spots for 12x12 lathe tool (hand and right turning; sparting and finishing tools for instace), 3 holes for boring and spot drilling and a mini drill chuck with 1.5-10mm M12 x 1.25 thread mount to secure it to the tool holder (https://www.aliexpress.com/item/32678799353.html?spm=a2g0o.cart.0.0.24623c00xwa6XH&mp=1 or https://www.banggood.com/SAN-OU-1_5-10mm-Metal-Stable-Keyed-Drill-Chuck-Convertor-M12x1_25-Thread-Chuck-Adapter-p-1288813.html?rmmds=detail-left-hotproducts__5&cur_warehouse=CN). The principle it that you home your G54 at the top right corner in X, Y, Z and then offset for each tool X,Y,Z in G55, G56, G57 ecc (look at Lucas' video to better understand). When you have the stock part in the spindle then you will only have to reference Z in G54 on the top of the tool post and the post processor will take care of the rest. Attached you find both step file and Fusion360 project. I hope it can be a good start for your final design. EDIT: Added Version2 which is what I am probably gonna make. Step files with ASSEMBLY :-) Edit 24/07/21: Added the pictures of the Mill Turning Post I ended up making. You can customized the Fusion360 to your machine.
