Toolhead holder P2S V2

I created a version that worked fine, but the placement required some trial and error to find the ideal spot. So, after some experience with that first version, I created an update (V2) that always gets the placement right the first time. You place the toolhead holder on the rail, to the right of the toolhead, and slide it to the left until it touches the toolhead. Voila, perfect place to place the front of the toolhead without adjusting the place of the holder :-).
