Toothbrush holder

A toothbrush holder for oral-b. Fits on the charger. Can be marked with the colored rings.

-Openscad file added. You can modifiy the openscad file to match the holder to the calibration of your printer. You can also create a small pin (a miniumum holder for a single brush) to check the fitting before you print the complete holder.
- increased the number of faces to get smoother print
- added a variant which should fit more loose to the toothbrush as well as to the charger (*_loose.*)
